"Food" for Thought

Forgive me Hudak, for I have sinned. It's been 2 days since my last blog, and I have committed the sins of laziness and computer failure. Please, forgive me.

Alright, enough of that silliness. On to some good stuff. So, have you ever had a vivid dream of food, just to wake up hungry and not have that food? I'm in this situation right now. And, I thought to myself, I said "Self, how practical would it be to have a machine that could teleport real food into your dream so you could wake up and not be hungry and disappointed?" However, there are some major drawbacks to such an idea, such as obesity. I'm as thin as a twig, so I couldn't care less, but I know people would be mean and say stuff about it to me. I don't want to deal with them. On the plus side, world hunger would be seriously reduced. Even if poor countries can't afford the machines, our food industries would have to sell to someone. Why not sell food to Africa? Although, the prices may need to come down a bit... Sound like a good story idea?

  1. Agreed! That is a wonderful idea, Justin!

And here's a thought, maybe to prevent serious obesity, the food machine could have some sort of limit as to how much food you get in one day. Like, you are allowed only 3 meals per day, and one light, healthy snack (apple, yogurt, granola bar). That'd work out, eh? ^_^

  2. But but but...
Noooorrrraaaa, junk food is awesome. D:
(And is probably most of the reason why I look the way I do. xD)

But anyways, I think it's a good idea. That would be quite awesome, and it would solve a lot of problems. I'm not quite sure how one would go about turning that into a story, but if you could pull it off, it might make for an interesting read.

I said I'd explain how to add people in class, but I never got the chance to. So I made something in MS pain explaining how to do it. =D

First you go to the person's blog. Most of the URLs are on Hudak's page, which is located here:

    http://hudak333.blogspot.com/2010/01/your-classmates-blogs-and-group-member.html

And up at the top of each person's blog, there should be a blue bar running along the screen. Towards the left hand side of the blue bar, next to the site's logo and the search bar, there should be an option that says follow. Click it, and it's pretty self explanatory from there. In the image below, the follow thing is circled in red. :3 Hope I helped somewhat.

I don't know if links automatically turn into clicky things when you post comments or not, so if it doesn't, copy and paste the URLs into your web browser.
